Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with account-related queries, deposits, withdrawals, and routine banking transactions.
Handle onboarding of new customers including KYC documentation and form filling.
Support loan processing, credit card applications, and service requests.
Maintain accurate records, data entry, and daily MIS reporting.
Coordinate with branch staff to ensure smooth operations.
Manage customer complaints and escalate issues when required.
Assist in cash handling, cheque processing, and verification tasks.
Ensure compliance with bank policies, RBI guidelines, and security procedures.
Help with cross-selling banking products like savings accounts, loans, insurance, and digital services.

Skills & Qualifications
Minimum: Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Basic knowledge of banking products and operations.
Strong communication skills (Hindi / English / Regional language).
Good computer skills: MS Office, typing, email handling.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
