We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Banking Assistant to support our branch operations and deliver excellent customer service. The role involves handling routine transactions, assisting customers with queries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the bank.
Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, account opening, and other banking services.
Process routine financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
Support in documentation and KYC verification.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
Cross-sell banking products such as savings accounts, loans, and insurance.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with banking policies.
Provide administrative and operational support to branch staff.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Prior experience in banking or customer service is an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
