Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our Mutual Funds Backend Support. The role involves providing operational, administrative, and reporting support to the sales and relationship teams to ensure smooth execution of mutual fund transactions and client servicing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Transaction & Documentation Support
Verify mutual fund application forms and supporting documents (KYC, FATCA, bank proof, etc.).
Coordinate with operations / AMC / RTA for processing new investments, redemptions, SIPs, and switches.
Track pending or rejected applications and ensure timely rectification.
2. Sales Coordination
Support the Relationship Managers and Sales team with product information, fund data, and presentations.
Assist in preparing client proposals, portfolio summaries, and investment illustrations.
Maintain accurate client and transaction records in CRM or back-office systems.
3. MIS & Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and AUM reports.
Track business inflows, redemptions, SIP book, and team performance.
Share management dashboards and performance summaries as per schedule.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Good understanding of mutual fund products and distribution process.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
Excellent coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate / Post Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in mutual fund operations, backend support, or sales coordination (preferred).
AMFI certification is an added advantage.
