Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Office Assistant to support our team with a variety of daily office and clerical tasks.
Responsibilities:
Serving Refreshments: Serve tea, coffee, and other beverages to staff and visitors in a timely and courteous manner.
Running Errands: Deliver messages, collect and distribute mail, pick up office supplies, and handle other errands as required.
Assisting with Administrative Tasks: Help with photocopying, filing, scanning, and basic data entry tasks.
Meeting Room Setup: Prepare meeting rooms by arranging furniture, setting up equipment, and organizing refreshments before meetings.
Maintaining Office Cleanliness: Keep the office, pantry, and meeting rooms tidy and organized.
Stock Management: Monitor and restock pantry items and office supplies as needed.
Supporting Staff: Assist various departments with minor tasks and coordination duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an office support or similar role is a plus
Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)
Good communication skills and a polite, professional demeanor
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
High level of reliability and punctuality
