Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Excel-based dashboards, reports, and data analysis tools for internal stakeholders.

• Work with large datasets, applying Excel’s advanced data manipulation and formula capabilities.

• Develop backend logic to process and clean data in Excel, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver solutions.

• Ensure data security and integrity when working with sensitive business data in Excel.

• Continuously research and evaluate emerging Excel technologies and methods to improve backend processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced features like PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, and data visualization.

• Ability to design, develop, and maintain complex data models within Excel.

• Strong knowledge of data processing, data cleaning, and transformation techniques in Excel.

• Experience in automating Excel reports and generating dynamic, real-time dashboards.

• Understanding of integrating Excel with external databases and systems using VBA, Power Query, and other tools.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot Excel-based solutions.

• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in data and reports.

• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with additional programming languages like for data processing and integration with Excel.

• Knowledge of business intelligence tools reporting capabilities.

• Familiarity with cloud-based systems and technologies (Google Sheets, Microsoft 365).

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.

Experience:

• 1+ years of experience working with Excel as a backend tool for data processing, reporting, and automation.

• Knowledge of Power Query, Power Pivot, or similar tools is a plus.

Working Environment:
