· Sourcing and evaluating suppliers for various materials and products.
· Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
· Place and track orders to ensure on-time delivery.
· Maintain inventory levels and reorder materials as needed.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date purchase records, including supplier contracts and invoices.
· Communicate with internal teams to understand material requirements and ensure timely procurement.
· Preparing quotations and sharing them with Sales team for further process.
