We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support the post-production activities of aluminium formwork manufacturing. This role involves maintaining detailed records of manufacturing output, quality checks, dispatch schedules, and coordinating with cross-functional departments to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Maintain and update daily production output records from the shop floor.
Track and log completion of aluminium formwork components, including panels, beams, props, and accessories.
Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) team to record inspection results and report any non-conformities.
Maintain documentation related to packaging, dispatch, and post-production quality reports.
Support dispatch planning by maintaining lists of ready-to-ship items and tracking inventory in coordination with the warehouse.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production status, delivery schedules, and post-production issues.
Communicate production status to Sales, Design, and Project Coordination teams.
Maintain digital records of production drawings, BOM (Bill of Materials), and revision histories.
Ensure smooth administrative functioning by coordinating between design, production, and logistics teams.
Keep accurate backup of all documents in physical and electronic formats.
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Manufacturing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in back office or production support role in a manufacturing environment.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to read basic production documents or shop drawings (preferred but not mandatory).
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced industrial environment.
