We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Backend Executive to join our Admissions Department. The role involves managing documentation, coordinating with partners, and ensuring accurate handling of payments and related records. Key Responsibilities
• Handle and maintain admission-related documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with partners to collect, verify, and manage necessary files and records.
• Ensure timely and proper filing of student and partner documentation in both physical and digital formats.
• Assist in preparing, processing, and tracking invoices, payments, and financial records.
• Support admission counselors and the department by providing backend operational assistance.
• Maintain updated databases, records, and reports for smooth workflow and compliance.
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or provide required information.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and data security standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in backend operations, administration, or documentation handling.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database management.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
