Location: Office No. 902, 9th Floor, Vishal Tower, District Centre, Janakpuri, Delhi – 110058 (Near Janakpuri West Metro Station)

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

• Manage loan documentation and maintain accurate filing records.
• Verify, organize, and update customer documents including KYC, income proof, and property papers.
• Enter and update data in internal systems and CRMs efficiently.
• Coordinate with sales, credit, and operations teams to resolve documentation gaps.
• Follow up with clients or internal teams for pending paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold data security standards.

• Graduate (Commerce or Finance background preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Prior experience in loan processing, backend operations, or BFSI sector will be an advantage.
