We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Backend Executive to support our operations and ensure smooth backend processes. The ideal candidate should be proficient in handling data entry, documentation, coordination, and backend support tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update records, files, and databases with accuracy

• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, accounts, etc.) for smooth workflow

• Process and verify documents, invoices, and reports

• Handle backend operations related to order processing, billing, and data management

• Respond to emails and prepare internal reports as required

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation for compliance and audits

• Assist in administrative and operational tasks as assigned

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Graduate or Under Graduate

• 0–3 years of relevant experience in backend operations or data entry

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Good communication skills (written and verbal)

• Strong attention to detail and time management

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
