Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Backend Executive to join our operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating backend operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.

3. •Shipping and Logistics•: Manage and coordinate shipping and logistics operations, including carrier selection, freight auditing, and tracking shipments.

4. •Data Analysis•: Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve operational efficiency.

5. •Process Improvement•: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

6. •Team Collaboration•: Collaborate with other teams, including customer service, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.

7. •Compliance and Risk Management•: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and identify and mitigate operational risks.

Requirements:

1. •Education•: Bachelor's degree in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

2. •Experience•: 2-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management.

3. •Skills•:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

- Proficient in inventory management software, shipping software, and Microsoft Office.

4. •Physical Demands•: Ability to sit for long periods, use computer equipment, and perform repetitive tasks.
