Key Responsibilities:

• Develop backend services for loan processing, approval, and servicing

• Integrate with KYC, credit bureaus, and banking systems

• Work on databases, authentication, and secure data handling

• Collaborate with loan officers and frontend teams to align tech with business

• Ensure performance, reliability, and compliance with financial regulations

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in backend

• Prior experience in lending, banking, or fintech domain is mandatory

• Knowledge of loan lifecycle, credit checks, or financial APIs is a plus

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with credit bureau or bank statement APIs

• Familiarity with RBI or other regulatory guidelines (for India)
