Key Responsibilities:

• Handle backend operations related to logistics coordination, shipment tracking, and client communication

• Maintain and update MIS reports, shipment logs, and internal dashboards

• Coordinate with internal teams, transporters, and warehouse staff for smooth operations

• Prepare and manage daily dispatch schedules, delivery reports, and documents (e.g., invoices, challans)

• Respond to client queries via email and calls, ensuring timely updates

• Ensure proper documentation and filing for all logistics transactions

• Monitor real-time status of shipments and raise alerts for any delays or issues

• Support the operations manager in day-to-day administrative tasks

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills (written and verbal)

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic data entry

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, or dispatch is a plus

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

• Fluent in English and Hindi
