• Maintain and update daily rosters, attendance sheets, and shift allocations
• Track workforce productivity and flag irregularities in attendance or compliance • Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely onboarding and replacement of manpower
• Compile and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to the City Manager
• Maintain employee documentation and ensure timely resolution of payroll-related queries
• Monitor and reconcile inventory or assets (if applicable) assigned to field staff
• Support in planning and executing city-level operational strategies
• Assist in performance tracking and incentive calculation for field teams
