Lead and manage the back-office team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Prepare, analyze, and maintain MIS reports and data summaries.
Oversee documentation, data entry, and process accuracy.
Coordinate between departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Monitor performance and provide training or guidance where needed.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and operational procedures.
Advanced Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Formulas, Reports).
Strong understanding of MIS & data management.
Excellent communication in Hindi, English, and Gujarati.
