7️⃣ Maintain proper records and data files for all account openings and transactions.
8️⃣ Check data accuracy and ensure error-free processing of forms and documents.
9️⃣ Follow up on incomplete or rejected applications and get issues resolved quickly.
🔟 Train new team members on back-office processes, tools, and quality standards.
