* **Team Leadership & Development:**

* Lead and manage a team of back office staff, providing training and continuous support.

* **Sales Target Achievement:**

* Set clear and measurable sales targets for the team and monitor progress against goals.

* **Task Distribution & Prioritization:**

* Delegate tasks to team members based on skill sets, capacity, and project priorities.

* **Reporting & Performance Tracking:**

* Generate regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics, task completion, and sales outcomes.

* Ensure timely submission of all team tasks and provide updates to senior management.

* Analyze team performance and suggest improvements to enhance overall productivity.

* **Process Improvement & Compliance:**

* Continuously assess and refine back office workflows to improve efficiency and quality.

* Ensure all team activities comply with organizational standards and relevant industry regulations.
