Key Responsibilities:
Manage goods, pack orders, and keep record of stocks and storage..
Identify and dispatch packed food to e-commerce companies
Despatch food timely to tables.
Ensure proper storage of items in the kitchen.
Ensure that labels for goods are updated accurately and that all goods are stored in the correct location by you and all chefs.
Manage KOTs in the kitchen and timely dispose orders.
report to manager/ cashier on daily basis no.of orders and tally it at the day end.
order stock with vendors and apprise restaurant manager of inventory position.
Help chefs where ever required.
