Position: Back Office Executive – Documentation & Excel Support
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all documentation related to solar panel projects (quotations, proposals, agreements, installation files, etc.).
Maintain and update customer records, project files, and order documents.
Prepare and manage Excel sheets for project tracking, sales data, customer status, and daily reports.
Coordinate with the sales team to collect required documents from customers.
Verify documents and ensure accuracy before submitting to the concerned department.
Assist the processing team with paperwork required for subsidies, loans, and approvals.
Follow up with customers and internal teams for pending documents.
Manage emails, data entry, and filing work.
Ensure timely submission of project documents to management.
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas).
Good communication skills (written & verbal).
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
Basic understanding of solar project documents (preferred).
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass or Graduate.
Experience in documentation or back-office work preferred.
Experience in the solar industry is an advantage.
