1. Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into various Tally software systems and google
sheets.
2. Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date and accurate records, both physical and digital.
3. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to management and other
departments as needed.
4. Communication: Respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence in a timely and
professional manner.
5. Reporting: Generate reports and provide data analysis to support business decisions.
6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory
requirements.
7. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as
needed.
8.Quotation Preparation: Prepare and manage quotations for customers, including gathering
necessary information, calculating prices, and ensuring accuracy.
9. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to
provide accurate and detailed quotations.
10. Customer Communication: Communicate with customers to clarify requirements, provide
quotations, and respond to queries.
11. Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to provide quotations, pricing information,
and other sales support as needed.
12. Quotation Tracking: Track and manage quotations, including following up with customers
and updating quotation status.
13. Data Entry: Accurately enter quotation data into our Google Sheet.
14. Reporting: Provide reports on quotation activity, including conversion rates and customer
feedback.
15. Procurement : Procure samples and other products as and when needed
