We are now expanding our team and looking for motivated Sales Executives who can convert leads into successful clients and contribute to our growth story.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, emails) from potential clients in a professional manner.
Explain our legal services clearly and persuasively to prospective customers.
Convert warm leads into confirmed clients by understanding their requirements.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.
Collaborate with the operations and legal team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Meet and exceed sales targets, including conversion rate, customer satisfaction, and revenue goals.
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate (any discipline). Background in Business / Marketing / Law will be an added advantage.
0–3 years of experience in sales, tele-calling, or customer service (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
Good communication and persuasion skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
Comfortable working 6 days a week during day shift.
