Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify potential clients from provided databases, determine decision-makers in targeted leads, and initiate the sales process.
Sales Presentation: Deliver product/service demonstrations and sales presentations to clients daily.
Client Follow-Up: Systematic follow-up with client organizations to close sales pitches within a defined timeline.
Client Acquisition & Relationship: Acquire new clients, build trust and relationships, and manage accounts.
Retention & Upselling: Maintain existing clients, focus on revenue growth, and upsell additional services/products.
Payment Collection: Collect payments from clients as per company terms.
Team Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the best customer service.
Reporting: Analyze performance metrics and sales data; provide detailed reports.
Process Adherence: Ensure compliance with sales processes and guidelines.
