Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Sales Executive to support our sales team in achieving business targets. The role involves handling administrative and support functions related to sales, managing client data, preparing quotations, processing orders, and ensuring effective communication between internal departments and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the front-end sales team with order processing, quotations, and customer follow-ups.
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely order delivery.
Prepare and send invoices, sales reports, and performance tracking sheets.
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone regarding products, pricing, and order status.
Handle post-sale support activities including complaints, returns, and service requests.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse or procurement team.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and support documentation for audits and reviews.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
0-1 years of experience in sales coordination, back office, or administrative support.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred:
Experience in [Industry, e.g., FMCG, Manufacturing, IT Solutions].
Knowledge of basic accounting and invoicing processes.
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
