Collaborate with sales managers, marketing, and other internal teams to optimize sales processes and strategies.

Keep accurate records of sales activities and update CRM systems with relevant information.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market developments to identify new opportunities for business growth.

Requirements:

Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with prospects.

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for sales.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
