Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound sales queries and support front-end sales teams
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and follow-ups
- Maintain and update customer databases and lead pipelines
- Coordinate with clients to understand product needs and provide tailored solutions
- Assist in sales reporting and documentation activities
Required Skills & Attributes
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written)
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
- Proven sales experience, preferably in CCTV or security systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented with a proactive mindset.
