• Assist in preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

• Monitor expenses and identify areas for cost reduction without compromising quality.

• Generate regular MIS reports on operational performance, KPIs.

5. Client & Vendor Management

• Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Oversee vendor management & ensuring timely service and cost-efficiency.

• Make sure every issue should resolve without any support of amol sir.

6. Risk & Compliance

• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans.

• Ensure all teams adhere to safety, legal, and compliance standards.

• Conduct audits and implement recommendations.

7. Reporting & Analysis

• Provide data-driven insights and reports to senior leadership.

• Track KPIs and performance benchmarks across departments.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.

• Identify gaps in workflows, suggest improvements, and implement new SOPs.
