Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely responses.
Communicate with customers through phone, email, and other communication channels.
Maintain customer data, reports, and daily records using Advanced Excel.
Draft and manage official emails professionally.
Cordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Maintain a positive attitude and ensure a good customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer handling / customer support.
Excellent verbal and oral communication skills.
Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (V-lookup, H-lookup, Pivot Table, Formatting, etc.).
Proficiency in email drafting and email communication.
Confident personality with problem-solving skills.
