Key Responsibilities:
Generate and share insurance quotations with clients as per requirements.
Handle renewals and follow-ups to ensure timely policy continuation.
Address customer queries and provide assistance via phone calls and emails.
Manage routine operational tasks to support the smooth functioning of the business.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and policy details.
Coordinate with internal teams and insurance partners for seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (preferably commerce/finance background).
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Basic knowledge of insurance products will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
