Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically sound Application Executive to join our team at Bajaj Processpack Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing technical quotations, understanding customer requirements, and offering tailored machinery solutions based on our product range. This role requires close coordination with the sales, design, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare technical & commercial quotations for food processing and packaging machinery based on customer inquiries.

• Analyze customer RFQs (Request for Quotations) and provide solutions as per their production requirements.

• Coordinate with internal departments (design, production, service) to gather technical inputs and cost details.

• Maintain proper documentation of all proposals and follow up with the sales team/client as needed.

• Support the sales team with pre-sales technical support, product presentations, and proposal clarification.

• Regularly update and maintain a database of proposals and pricing templates.

• Review technical specifications and offer customized solutions within defined margins.

• Ensure all technical offers are aligned with company capabilities and client needs.

• Provide timely and accurate responses to customers and internal stakeholders.
