Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage complex spreadsheets, dashboards, and MIS reports using Advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, IF statements, etc.).
Assist in preparing meeting schedules, maintaining statutory registers, and organizing documentation.
Support the Company Secretary in regulatory filings and data compilation for ROC and compliance reports.
Maintain accurate internal databases and assist in data clean-up and reconciliation.
Coordinate with departments to gather required information and format reports for senior management.
Ensure accurate and timely filing of internal and external documents.
Support routine back-office operations such as document tracking, reporting, and file management.
