Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and accept incoming orders from Swiggy, Zomato, and other online platforms.
Coordinate with kitchen and packaging teams to prepare orders correctly and on time.
Verify order details before dispatch — items, quantity, add-ons, and packaging.
Update order status on the online dashboard (accept, prepare, ready for pickup, dispatch).
Maintain communication with delivery partners for smooth pickup and delivery.
Handle order modifications, cancellations, and refund requests as per guidelines.
Ensure accurate billing and inventory updates for online orders.
Report any delays, order errors, or system issues to the supervisor immediately.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dispatch and packaging area.
Support daily reporting and end-of-day reconciliation for online orders.
Qualification:
Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
Basic computer and mobile app handling skills are essential.
