Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our execution team. The role involves documentation, client coordination, and preparation of applications under government incentive schemes. You will act as the backbone of our execution process, ensuring accuracy, timely communication, and professional client handling.

Key Responsibilities

•          Coordinate with clients for required documentation via email, phone, or WhatsApp.

•          Prepare and review applications, supporting documents, and calculations.

•          Handle data and reports using MS Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables), MS Word, PowerPoint, and PDF tools.

•          Draft and send professional emails (on Zoho Mail) with proper business communication etiquette.

•          Maintain timely communication and escalate issues when required.

•          Collaborate with internal teams and support smooth execution of client projects.

What We Expect from You

•          Strong computer skills: MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot, SUM, AVERAGE), MS Word, PowerPoint, PDF handling.

•          Good command over English (read, write, speak) with professional email etiquette.

•          Knowledge of basic commerce concepts (invoices, imports/exports, company structures, annual reports, bank statements).

•          Strong communication, time management, and coordination skills.

•          Self-motivated, disciplined, punctual, and a team player
