About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive to support our operations team. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, data management, and coordination to ensure smooth business processes. This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain records, databases, and documentation.

• Handle data entry, verification, and ensure accuracy in reporting.

• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

• Assist in managing client accounts and follow-ups.

• Handle emails, calls, and official correspondence.

• Provide administrative support to the management team.

• Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Back Office Executive, Data Entry Operator, or in a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.
