· Find new business opportunities and customers by extensive market research
· Contact potential customers to showcase company products or services, Prepare presentations and catalogues
· Develop relationships with existing customers and keep in touch with them
· Negotiate prices and terms with customers
· Prepare sales contracts and keep track of sales activities
· Work with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
· Ensuring the company meets the sales targets.
· Handling complaints of the clients, Negotiating the deals with the clients, taking feedbacks from the clients.
· Creating marketing campaigns on social media platforms.
Skills & Experience:
Fluency in verbal, written communication and documentation. Ability to multitask.
Well versed with basic applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Good with time management. Should be able to work within strict deadlines.
Minimum Qualification:
B.Tech/BE/Diploma/B.Com / BMS/ BA
CGPA>6.5 or Percentage>60
