As a Back Office Executive in the car loan division, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the loan processing team by handling administrative tasks, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining seamless communication between departments. Your efforts will directly contribute to the efficiency and success of the car loan process.
Loan Application Processing: Assist in the initial appraisal of loan applications by thoroughly examining submitted documents and verifying the accuracy of information.
Documentation Management: Ensure all required documents are collected, organized, and stored securely, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Data Entry & Record Keeping: Accurately input client information and loan details into the system, ensuring up-to-date and error-free records.
Client Communication: Liaise with clients to gather necessary information, clarify queries, and provide updates on their loan application status.
Coordination with Sales & Front Office Teams: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transition of clients from application to approval stages.
Compliance & Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all processes comply with internal policies and external regulations, maintaining the integrity of the loan process.
Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports related to loan applications, approvals, and rejections for management review.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience in a back office or administrative role, preferably within the financial services or automobile industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM and loan management software.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling documents and data entry tasks.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of car loan products and financial documentation.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and provide timely solutions to ensure smooth loan processing.
