Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Back Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, client coordination, and supporting internal operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with up to 1 year of experience looking to build a career in administration and client servicing.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day back-office operations
Coordinate with clients via phone and email
Prepare and manage PI (Proforma Invoice), quotations, and other documents
Maintain and update records in CRM software
Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Manage and organize files, documents, and reports
Perform data entry and generate reports using MS Excel and MS Word
Key Requirements:
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
Familiarity with client coordination and handling basic documentation like PI & Quotation
Experience or understanding of CRM tools is an added advantage
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
