Job Responsibilities:
Maintain and update Inward and Outward entry records for all materials and documents.
Oversee stock management, including inventory tracking, stock reconciliation, and stock issuance.
Record and maintain daily expenses, prepare reports, and assist in budget tracking.
Ensure accurate data entry and maintain organized records.
Assist in generating internal reports as required by the management.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth back-office operations.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer operations.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Qualifications:
B.com or M. Com Graduate.
Prior experience in a similar back-office or administrative role is preferred.
