Job Description:

We are looking for a Solar Documentation Executive to manage the preparation, uploading, and submission of solar project documents. The role involves working with various solar portals and coordinating with DISCOMs such as Torrent Power, UGVCL, and others in and around Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upload solar project documents to official solar portals.

• Submit required documentation to local DISCOM offices (e.g., Torrent Power, UGVCL).

• Maintain accurate records and reports related to project documentation.

• Ensure all documents comply with relevant regulations and submission guidelines.

• Coordinate with installation and sales teams for document collection and clarification.

Requirements:

• Must own a two-wheeler (for local travel and submissions).

• Good computer skills, especially in:

  • MS Excel, Word, PDF editing, and document formatting.

• Basic understanding of solar projects and DISCOM procedures is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
