Record clear and detailed videos of damaged/defective products for claim proof.
File claims on seller panels like Meesho and Flipkart, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Maintain proper tracking of pending, approved, and rejected claims.
Coordinate with the warehouse/team whenever required for return verification.
Requirements:
Good communication and documentation skills.
Ability to identify product issues and present them clearly in videos.
Attention to detail and a proactive work approach.
Comfortable using seller panels and managing data.
