We are looking for a Back Office Executive to join our team at Rich Printers Private Limited. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry and validation for ERP modules (e.g., finance, inventory, HR, sales).

• Support ERP implementation and upgrade activities by preparing and maintaining configuration and user data.

• Generate and distribute regular reports (e.g., inventory status, financials, purchase orders).

• Assist in creating and maintaining documentation, user manuals, and SOPs related to ERP processes.

• Test new ERP features or updates during system upgrades.

• Perform routine system checks and escalate issues to technical teams when needed.

• Ensure compliance with data entry protocols and process workflows.

• Support end-users with basic ERP navigation or functional queries.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 2 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
