As a growing recruitment firm led by the founder, we're now looking for a proactive Back Office Executive to streamline daily tasks, documentation, and communication, supporting recruitment and business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle documentation, data entry, and CRM updates
Maintain records of candidate pipelines, client details, and invoices
Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups via email/WhatsApp
Assist with recruitment backend tasks like sourcing profiles, formatting resumes, and sharing updates
Support founder in daily coordination, calendar management, and follow-through on action items
Prepare basic reports using Excel or Google Sheets
Manage email responses and client communications as instructed
Maintain confidentiality and timely execution of assigned tasks
Skills & Requirements:
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
Good written and verbal communication in English & Hindi
Highly organized, dependable, and self-driven
Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently and multitask when needed
Willingness to learn about recruitment operations (training will be provided)
Good to Have:
Prior experience in admin, support, or coordination roles
Familiarity with job portals or LinkedIn
Understanding of HR/recruitment processes
