• Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and other official documents.

• Handle customer queries via email and phone, ensuring prompt resolution.

• Maintain stock records and update inventory status regularly.

• Assist in compliance and reporting as per company policies.

• Perform general administrative and clerical duties as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in a back-office or administrative role, preferably in a technical or industrial sector.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
