Key Responsibilities:
• Assist sales team with quotations, proposals, and order processing.
• Coordinate with vendors/distributors for price, availability, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, sales orders, and transactions in CRM or ERP systems.
• Follow up with customers on pending quotations and orders.
• Ensure timely delivery and invoice generation.
• Support in preparation of sales reports and dashboards.
• Manage email correspondence with clients and internal teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in sales support or back-office operations (preferred)
Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
Familiarity with CRM or ERP software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, SAP, Salesforce).
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Understanding of IT related software products is an advantage.
