   • Respond promptly to incoming inquiries — answer questions, resolve issues, and redirect as needed.

3. Lead Generation & Follow-up

   • Identify leads, nurture them through follow-up calls, and hand off qualified leads to sales teams.

4. Sales Conversion

   • Present features, benefits, and pricing persuasively to convert interest into sales or appointments.

   • Achieve or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets Razorpay.

5. CRM & Data Management

   • Diligently record call details, outcomes, and follow-up actions in the CRM.

6. Customer Service & Complaint Handling

   • Address customer grievances or concerns, escalate unresolved issues appropriately.

7. Reporting

   • Provide regular updates or reports on call outcomes, sales metrics, and feedback to supervisors or team leads Interview Guy.
