Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Back Office cum Cashier. This role combines responsibilities related to back-office support, data entry, and financial transactions handling. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, good numerical ability, and a customer-friendly attitude.

Back Office Duties:

• Data entry and updating internal databases or systems.

• Maintain accurate records of transactions, sales, and customer interactions.

• Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and other documentation.

• Manage filing systems and maintain confidentiality of records.

• Coordinate with other departments (such as accounts, sales, and inventory).

• Support in stock and inventory management as required.

• Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Commerce or related field is a plus.

  • Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar administrative/back office role.

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles is an advantage.

  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).

  • Strong numerical and attention-to-detail skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information.
