Job Summary
We are looking for a Back Office Executive who can handle data entry tasks, maintain records and support daily operational work. The role is simple and process driven.
Key Responsibilities
• Enter and update data accurately in spreadsheets and internal systems
• Prepare basic reports and summaries
• Organize and maintain files and records
• Support day to day back office tasks as assigned
• Coordinate with internal teams when needed
Required Skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good typing speed and accuracy
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Mandatory Requirement
• Basic knowledge of Excel functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters and basic formulas
Education
• 12th Pass is ok but excel knowledge is mandatory
