Role Overview
Provide end‑to‑end administrative support to the front‑office teams, ensuring smooth operations, accurate records, and timely processing of routine tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage data entry, verification, and maintenance of customer and transactional records.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payroll while adhering to deadlines and compliance standards.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards for management review.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a business or administrative role.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace and familiarity with ERP/CRM tools.

- Proven ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
