Key Responsibilities: Data Entry & Management: Accurately input and manage data into internal systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and confidentiality. Document Handling: Prepare, organize, and maintain internal documents, files, and records. Process incoming and outgoing mail. Report Generation: Assist in generating regular operational, financial, or sales reports as required.Communication Support: Support internal teams with communication, coordinating tasks and schedules, and responding to internal requests.System Updates: Ensure all relevant software or databases are up-to-date and provide technical support if needed.Inventory Management: Track and manage stock, resources, or office supplies.Customer Support (Indirect): Assist front-office teams in resolving issues or following up on customer inquiries when needed.Compliance & Documentation: Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to records, data, and privacy.Team Coordination: Collaborate with other back-office and front-office teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.Requirements:Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. A degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.Experience: Previous experience in a back-office or administrative role is a plus.Skills:Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).Knowledge of data entry and office management systems.Good organizational and multitasking skills.Basic knowledge of accounting or finance (if applicable).Strong communication skills (written and verbal).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Personal Traits:Proactive with problem-solving skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity.Flexible and adaptable to changing tasks and responsibilities.(Femail Only Appley)Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
