Key Responsibilities:

• Application Handling: Receive and review loan applications for completeness and accuracy.

• Documentation Verification: Collect, verify, and validate customer documents such as identity proof, income proof, property papers, and other required documents.

• Eligibility Assessment: Conduct preliminary eligibility checks based on company policies and customer profiles.

• Liaison & Coordination: Work closely with sales teams, credit managers, and customers to ensure smooth loan processing.

• Data Management: Update loan application information accurately in internal systems and databases.

• Compliance: Ensure all loan applications comply with regulatory and company guidelines.

• Customer Support: Communicate application status to customers, address queries, and assist with documentation or information gaps.

• Process Improvement: Provide feedback to enhance application processes and customer experiences.

• Reporting: Maintain regular reports on application status, approval rates, and processing timelines.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in loan processing, banking, or financial services preferred.

• Understanding of basic banking and lending principles.

• Good knowledge of KYC, AML, and other regulatory compliance.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and loan management systems.

• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in home loan or mortgage processing.

• Familiarity with credit bureau reports (CIBIL, Experian).

• Knowledge of basic legal documentation related to loans
