Key Responsibilities:

1. Planning and preparing monthly finance reports required for maintaining office infrastructure and facilities.

2. Assisting the department in project management and replacement of office equipment, appliances, furniture, furnishings, vehicles, buildings, etc.;

3. Create a database of vendors for such procurements and as much as possible get into contracts for long-term requirements.

4.   Manage dispatch and inward communication, postal, courier, and maintain a register for the same.

5.  Processes, Documentation, Business control checks, Audits etc;

6. Monitor all statutory Compliance areas.

7.  Event Management, organizing meetings, and conferences, making travel arrangements.

8. Upkeep of office administrative facilities and ensure availability of daily miscellaneous requirements to provide a harmonious work culture to the employees.

9. Acting as an Info-Hub for providing administration-related information, and supervising administrative activities like general admin, verification of stationery stock, courier, pest control, and housekeeping.

10. Internal audits of all the branches of the Organisation.

Job Requirements:

We are looking for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience, proficient in Data Entry/Back Office, and should have Graduate. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
